Contemporary & new-fashioned room, with a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a cable television. Location close to shops and restaurants and the city centre.

Early check-in, parking in the basement of the hotel. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Particularly good location, only a short distance to everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Propaganda Cafe nearby...

The room was spacious and immaculate. The complimentary drinks in the mini-bar were a nice touch. The staff really were really nice, especially with organizing my airport shuttle. Just a bit tricky with parking access.

Clean rooms with a good selection of Italian coffee capsules and a mini bar that doesn't break the bank. Self-service laundry for just 2 EUR is a nice touch for a quick freshen up.

No ramps at the entrance make it tough for those with heavy luggage or limited mobility-dragging a suitcase upstairs is a drag. Getting in and out of the parking area is a hassle. You have to call for gate access every time, which gets old, fast. Breakfast variety could use some work. It's limited compared to what you'd expect from a small hotel.

Really good Service and Comfort

The staff were really good too assist, even organizing an airport shuttle that was waiting for me despite my flight being delayed. I found the breakfast options somewhat limited compared to my expectations.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. - Breakfast was excellent. - the hotel had a perfect and magnificent location, a short walk to Thomas Albert, the best Moldovan restaurants, Malldova, and the center of Chisinau.
